Incorrectly Graded Items
If you believe an item was incorrectly graded, please get in touch with us as soon as possible. Once we confirm the issue, you will have the option to return the record for a full refund, keep it and receive a partial discount (the amount will depend on the updated condition), or, if available, we will send you a replacement at no cost.
Sealed Items
Sealed records and merchandise may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a refund or store credit.
Returns for Other Reasons
If you wish to return a correctly graded item (e.g., change of mind), we may consider buying it back as a second-hand copy. Please note this is not guaranteed, and the offer will be based on the album's condition, demand, and other factors.
How to Request a Return
For returns:
• Please message us with a clear picture or video of the item, showing the issue with the condition.
• Alternatively, you can also bring the item to the store for assessment.
